2. उपरोঢ ঋकरण म७ आज की ितिथ तक िकसी भी ঋकार की कोई सूचना उपल(cid:617) न कराये जाने अथवा िकसी भी ঋकार की काय१वाही न िकये जाने के िलए स(cid:638)्(cid:576)त दोषी/िज(cid:643)ेदार अिधकारी/कम१चारी का नाम एवं पदनाम उपल(cid:617) कराने का क(cid:700) कर७।
