1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 27.03.2024 seeking information on the following points:
a) Provide me with complete documents/records like enquiry order copy, complete enquiry proceedings, final enquiry report etc. pertaining to the enquiry conducted by then Senior Branch Manager, Andhra Bank Venkateswara Rao against mortgage deed of No.10861 of 2018 dated 15-12-2018.
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 18.05.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-
The application is rejected prima facie.
Application is rejected Under Section 8(1)(e) because the application is forwarded for the details of the accounts of the third party cannot be provided due to existence of the fiduciary relationship between customer and the service provider.
