Hon’ble Commissioner _ANANDI RAMALINGAM O R D E R
1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 07.02.2024 seeking information on the following points:
1. Copy of legal opinion obtained by Union of India and Sr. Superintendent of post office Mumbai North division- 400057 in R.A.D & E suit no.191 of 2021 filed by Union of India and Sr. Superintendent of post office against M/s. NAM developers and Kamala Mishra in Hon'ble Small Causes Court, Bandra, Mumbai.
2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 08.03.2024 and the same is reproduced as under :-
“As the information requested is "relates to personal information the disclosure of which has no relationship to any public activity or interest or which would cause unwarranted invasion of the privacy of the individual unless the Central Public Information Officer, or State Public Information Officer or the appellate authority, as the case may be, is satisfied that the larger public interest justifies the disclosure of such information" Henc
