2nd Appeal/Complaint dated : 29.05.2023, 03.07.2023 The appellant filed the above-mentioned Second appeals against the PIO of DDA, with respect to three RTI applications seeking information on the same subject matter. Therefore, all cases are clubbed together for hearing and disposal, to avoid multiplicity of proceedings.

The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 06.02.2023 seeking the following information:

“1. CD & TSS drawing of Rasta 1397 at Tikari Kalan.

2. Village showing details of khasra No/Killan No of the land through public passage 1397 is passing through from starting point to the last point of 1397 passage.”

Not having received any response from the CPIO, the appellant filed a First Appeal dated 05.04.2023. The FAA’s order is not on record.

Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied, appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal.

The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 06.02.2023 seeking the following information:

“1. Provide details of Landmark used for measurement of TSS drawing of rasta 1397 from beginning point to last point of 1397 of Rasta.

2. Details of landmark, based upon which measurement xxxxxxx of Rasta 1397 was demolished on Khasra No 53/6 & 53/15 as per TSS drawn of. ”

2 Total Length of the Public Passage 1397 situated in the revenue estate of Village Tikari Kalan from the place of starting point to the end point.

3 Has all encroachments on complete public passage 1397. Removed from the place of starting point to the end point, situated in the revenue estate of Village Tikari Kalan as per order of the Hon'ble High Court.
