Being dissatisfied, the appellant filed a First Appeal dated 20.03.2023. The FAA vide its order dated 21.03.2023, held as under:

“List of those Badminton players who are not borne in Himachal Pradesh as evidenced from their Birth Certificates but have participated in one or more Badminton Tournaments (during the period from 1st January 2015 till 28 Feb 2023) conducted & organized by the various District Badminton Associations and State Badminton Association of Himachal Pradesh.

The information sought here include (i) Name of the Player, (ii) BAI ID of the Player if allotted (iii) State in which the player was borne (As per Birth Certificate) (iv) Date when the player last participated in the Badminton Tournament (v) Name of the District Association.”
