1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.07.2023 seeking information on the following points:

I Santosh Bagali son of late Shri SiddaramBagali and Late smtParvati (both LPA pension holders of SBI, Sindagi Branch) and brother of late Shaheed SomarayBagali (Force# 981380455, CRPF), would like to inform you that from past almost more than months' time, we have been regularly enquiring my few queries from your department. As per your information it seems you had joined this office recently and you need time to study the case. For that after we gave more than week time and even sent letter, for which we had still not received reply back from office and not even updating us how much time you need to reply back. For said reason we had sent an RTI to SBI CPPC Bangalore office, but in their reply for most of the queries, they are instructing us to contact SBI Sindagi branch office only, since CPPC came int
