1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.07.2023 seeking information on the following points:

1. I Santosh Bagali son of late Shri SiddaramBagali and Late smtParvati (both LPA pension holders of SBI, Sindagi Branch) and brother of late Shaheed SomarayBagali (Force# 981380455, CRPF), would like to inform you that from past almost more than months' time, we have been regularly enquiring my few queries from your department. As per your information it seems you had joined this office recently and you need time to study the case. For that after we gave more than week time and even sent letter, for which we had still not received reply back from office and not even updating us how much time you need to reply back. For said reason we had sent an RTI to SBI CPPC Bangalore office, but in their reply for most of the queries, they are instructing us to contact SBI Sindagi branch office only, since CPPC came into existence in year 2006, before to this period it seems they cannot provide details to us, hence I am sending RTI to your office with same relevant questions.

(A) Account# ******8333- for this account # i had rcvd bank statement from SBI Sindagi branch, but all details provided in the PDF format, is already available with me in passbook, which I clearly informed to you all officials. In these bank statement my parents pension details are not at all reflecting. Now your officials are saying that that time some other software was used for all transactions. After going through with provided bank statement, we are unable to recognize the code words used for all transactions like (RFRBSP, RFRGNK, RFRTJP, RFRCST, RFRMRN, RFRDRJ, RFRSHS etc). Hence for complete given detail in this PDF format, I need complete detail, from where all these amounts my parents had received in this bank statement. Also confirm from year 2003 to 2006 why pension detail is not reflecting in this account. If as per your info, if you say that pension amount are reflecting in this bank statement, then pls provide all pension details from this given detail. In short, pls explain all technical issues of all these problems, so that we can get convince for your given explanation with some past examples of such cases. Also confirm why my parents pension amount is not reflecting in passbook entries, as this account was created for getting pension amounts.

(B) account #******0880 for this account # I had received bank statement from year dec-2006 to 2023. Also note for these same period only after my asking your department has provided me "Due and Drawn statement of 6th pay commission from year Jan-2006 to Dec-2011 and 7th pay commission from year jan-2016 to Sep-2022. After receiving all these detail, we had several times asked that for both "Paid pension" of 6th and 7th pay commission is not at all matching to given Bank statement pension entries amount. Now your office is saying us to make an chart of all these differences and same has to be given to you for cross verifications. Sir, here as of now issue is not related to difference amount, my question is why "due and drawn statements" paid pension is not matching to pension amount of "Bank statement entries". If you compare both the detail, it is showing some period in plus and some period in minus. In accounts terms, to tally what details, wrong paid pension is mentioned in both 6 and 7th pay commissions, for that I need clarifications. For 6th and 7th pay commission my parents had received arrears without any interest amount on it for those periods, for that your office has given some RBI rules and regulations explanations.
