The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 27.07.2023 seeking the following information:-

“DPC was conducted in the NCSC for D.A jaipur on 12^th and 13^th January 2023 regarding the recruitment of Computer application and Dress making instructors. In the same sequence dated 03.12.2022, a Scrutiny Committee was formed by issuing an office order by the Head of the office Mr. Gautam Kumar Mukherjee, for decide that the eligibility of the candidates for the written test, interview were to be selected. According to the prescribed criteria from the applications received for the posts of the above two instructors at the center.

Please inform in the above context that the complete list of applications submitted to the Scrutiny Committee for both the posts of Instructors and which of these people were considered eligible for written, trade test, interview on the basis of merit by the Scrutiny, as is natural, this entire process would have been completed through a government letter in which the signatures of all the three committee members would have been signed.

Because I myself was a member of said committee as a rehabilitation officer, but not in my cognizance no application was received at the committee level, H.O.O give a preselected list to committee and told for signed on preselected list and committee have not seen all applications for scrutinized so please provide the following information in the above context
