1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 14-08-2024 seeking the following information:

“1. I am a senior citizen and very Old customer of SBI. I am having Saving account, Fixed deposit as well as investment of Lakhs of Rupees in SBI Mutual fund as well. Kindly refer my Complaint Letter dated 12 AUG 2024 addressed to you and three 3 others. This Complaint Letter was sent to you vide SPEED POST TRACKER NO ED697468841IN. This complaint Letter was against FRAUDS / ATTEMPTED FRAUDS in SBI (WITH INVOLVEMENT OF SBI INSIDERS). My complaint has been against the CVO SBI, General Manager FPMD SBI and CHAIRMAN SBI for INACTION over my several very serious complaints(also lodged with CVC) Also my complaint has been about non following of WHISTLE BLOWER POLICY in SBI as SBI has not acted on complaints lodged over SBI's Whistle Blower Portal. A copy of my same Complaint Letter dated 12 Aug 2024 is attached herewith and the same is self explanatory. Kindly inform me action taken over my this complaint Letter, 2 Also refer my complaint Letter dated 22 Mar 2023 addressed to SHRI NARENDRA MODI, HONORABLE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA and SMT NIRMALA SITHARAMAN, HONORABLE UNION MINISTER OF FINANCE. A copy of this APPEAL / Complaint Letter was also sent to you vide SPEED POST TRACKER No ED291031924IN. This complaint Letter dated 22 Mar 2023 has been against several senior officials of STATE BANK OF INDIA who are involved in frauds /attempted frauds. Kindly inform to me the ACTION TAKEN REPORT on my above this Complaint Letter.

3 KINDLY REFER MY COMPLAINT LETTERS DATED 15 FEB 2023, 16 FEB 2023, 19 FEB 2023, 07 MAR 2023, 16 MAR 2023 and 22 MAR 2023 etc AGAINST 'STATE BANK OF INDIA' sent to Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). Also refer my Complaint Nos 9428/2023, 8027/2023, 7762/2023, 7759/2023, 10326/2023, 11195/2023, 14836/2023 etc already lodged with CVC against senior SBI Officials. CVC has already forwarded my several complaints to CVO, SBI long back But CVO SBI/GM FPMD/ Chairman SBI neither acknowledged my complaints nor taken the clinching evidences on record. Kindly inform me follow up done by RBI in my complaints.
