1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 27.07.2024 seeking the following information:

2. In the absence of any decision from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 02.09.2024. The FAA vide its order dated 30.09.2024 held as under: -

“This has reference to the First Appeal dated 02.09.2024 preferred by Ms.

Purbai Devshi Ratad on the captioned subject.

2. The matter has duly been enquired into and it is evident that the Appellant in her Appeal dated 02.9.2024 has stated that CPIO has not provided information, as sought by her, vide RTI online application dated 27.7.2024. Accordingly, matter was taken up with concerned CPIO, vide this office note dated 6.9.2024. In response, the Executive Engineer (Estate) & CPIO, vide his note dated 20.9.2024, has stated that the information sought under Sr. No.1 & 2 of the RTI application is not specific under Section 2 (f) of the RTI Act, 2005, as the required information is not available in his office record. Also, it is fact that the payment of Earnest Money (E/m) for applying for allotment, does not entitle / guarantee the applicant for the allotment, under any circumstances. Furthe
