“1. Kindly refer my complaint Letter dated 23 Feb 2023 addressed to You. This Complaint Letter against SBI was sent by me vide SPEED POST TRACKER No ED307847765IN. Also refer my complaint Letter dated 07 Mar 2023 against SBI and same was sent to you vide SPEED POST TRACKER No ED315264228IN. Further also refer my complaint Letter dated 22 Mar 2023 addressed to Shri NARENDRA MODI, HONORABLE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA & SMT NIRMALA SITHARAMAN, HONORABLE UNION MINISTER OF FINANCE a copy of which was forwarded to you vide SPEED POST TRACKER NO ED853064954IN. Kindly inform me action taken by you on same Complaint Letter. 2 Please refer to my complaint Letter dated 21 Mar 2023 against RBI BO KANPUR & CEPC sent to you vide SPEED POST TRACKER NO ED853033104IN.Please INFORM me action taken over my same Complaint Letters.

3 Kindly inform me the ACTION TAKEN REPORT over my above complaint Letters against SBI and RBI.

4 Kindly inform me the action taken against CHAIRMAN SBI and CVO, SBI for their inaction over my above complaint letters about FRAUDS in SBI.

5 Refer my Complaint Nos 9428/2023, 8027/2023, 7762/2023, 7759/2023, 10326/2023 11195/2023, 14836/2023 lodged with Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) against SBI. Also complaint Nos 164103/2020/vigilance-3, 164796/2020/vigilance-3, 168842/2020/vigilance-3, 169338/2020/vigilance-3, 170059/2021/vigilance-3, 170249/2021/vigilance-3, 171264/2021/vigilance- 3,172670/2021/vigilance-3, 199978/2022/vigilance-3 lodged with Central Vigilance Commission against SBI. Kindly inform me action taken against Chairman SBI and CVO, SBI for inaction over my above serious complaints of frauds / attempted frauds in SBI (with involvement of SBI Insiders) while clinching evidences in support of my complaints are also available with me.

Inform me reasons for Chairman, SBI and CVO SBI are not doing their duties properly and not taking incriminating evidences on record.”

The CPIO replied vide letter dated 12.09.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-

“Kind reference is invited to your RTI Application dated 10.08.2024 (received in the Vigilance Section, DFS on 14.08.2024) seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005. Regarding the information sought by you, it is informed that the records of this Division, as available, were extensively searched and it was found that the complaint dated 22.03.2024 against the State Bank of India (SBI) was received in this Division which was forwarded to the CVO, SBI for appropriate action vide letter No. 10/3/2023/VMC/25 dated 05.04.2023 as the matter was within the purview of the bank, a copy of the letter is hereby enclosed. Further, the other complaints mentioned in your RTI Application were not found in our records.

2. In this regard it is further informed that your complaints dated 13.02.2023 and 12.08.2024 were also received in this Division which were also forwarded to the bank for appropriate action as the matter was within the purview of the bank. Since your previous complaints have been forwarded to SBI, your instant RTI Application is being forwarded to the bank with a request to furnish information, if any, directly to the applicant.”

Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant fil
