1. A Show Cause Notice was issued to Shri Harinder Singh Sandhu, the CPIO and Shri J.N. Seth, the then CPIO in compliance of the Commission’s order no. CIC/UBIND/A/2017/177697 dated 10.07.2019 for not furnishing the proper reply to the appellant. The CPIOs were directed to submit their explanation as to why action under Section 20(1) of the RTI Act should not be initiated against each of them.
