DEPARTMENT OF MCD (SOUTH DELHI ZONE) H - BLOCK, DAKSHIN PURI, NEW DELHI - 110062.

REQUEST TO PROVIDE INFORMATION about the "STATUS OF ACTION TAKEN" on my PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS (DAK No.: 505/GA/LPS, Date: 09-08-2024 and DAK No.: 845/GA/LPS, Date: 27-09-2024) regarding IMMEDIATE DEMOLITION of the 4 FEET ENCROACHED AREA OF GOVERNMENT LAND which is ILLEGALLY CAPTURED & POSSESSED by "LEELAVATI", W/O Surajmal Soni in front of my Mother's (Late Smt. Please be informed that, I am, Savitri Devi, Daughter (1 of 5 Children) of Late Smt. Chanda Devi, who is the Original Allottee and Owner of Plot No. C-295, Dakshin Puri, New Delhi - 110062. Being the 5th Legal Heir of my Mother, Late Smt. Chanda Devi's Property C-295, Dakshin Puri, New Delhi 110062, I am legally authorized to have my 1/5th share in the above mentioned property (as per Hindu Succession Act 15 (1)).

Hence, similarly, I am also legally authorized to receive the "CERTIFIED COPIES of ALL THE DOCUMENTS of the COMPLETE FILE" of my Mother's (Late Smt. Chanda Devi) Property, "PLOT No. C-295, Dakshin Puri, New Delhi - 110062", which are present in the RECORDS of the SLUM & J.J. DEPARTMENT OF MCD (SOUTH ZONE), H - Block, Dakshin Puri, New Delhi - 110062.

2. PROVIDE INFORMATION about the "STATUS OF ACTION TAKEN" on my PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS.

I had previously submitted TWO COMPLAINTS (Complaint No. "505/GA/LPS", Date: 08-08-2024 and Complaint No. "845/GA/LPS", Date: 27-08-2024) to "Shri Ashwini Kumar Ji" - Commissioner, MCD Headquarter, CIVIC Center, New Delhi - 110002 regarding:
