1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 04.12.2024 seeking information on the following points:

➢ My grandfather, Late Sohan Lal Sharma, made a registered Will in which I am one of the legal beneficiaries of his movable and immovable properties. He passed away on 07-01-2022.

I have come to know that he had a PPF account in GPO Shimla.

The details of the PPF account are as follows:

PPF Account Holder Name: Sohan Lal Sharma PPF Old Account Number: **8345 PPF New Account Number: *****5405 Branch: GPO Shimla To claim my share in the PPF money as a beneficiary under the will, I kindly request the following information under the RTI Act, 2005:

1. Please provide the names a
