1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 19.10.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1. Is the Netball Federation of India recognized by the Sports Ministry, Government of India. Was petition number 12276/2016 pending against the Netball Federation of India in the Honble Punjab and Haryana High Court, the decision of which was passed by the Honble High Court on 6.6.2016. By your order number F.No.814/2009 SP(Vol.II) dated 4.9.2017, an order was issued to accept the election of the Netball Federation of India for the year 20162020. Please provide the names of the officers and employees who issued the order against the rules.

2. When the Punjab & HaryanaHigh Court passed its order dated 6.6.2016, the Sports Ministry issued an order dated 4.9.2017 stating that it has been decided to accept the elections of NFI office bearer have been taken on records of the Ministry for the period 20162020.3. what has the Honble High Court mentioned in its order dated 6.6.2016 that the elections of the Federation will be valid from 2016 to 2020, please provide the copy.4. Fast 5 Netball game is being organized by Netball Federation of India. Does the Sports Ministry issue grant in aid to the federation for this game, if yes then how much.5. Mixed Netball have been organized by the Netball Federation of India from 1st to 4th October, 2024 in Bangalore. Has the Netball Federation of India been recognized by the Ministry of Sports, Government of India to organize Mixed Netball. Has Grant in Aid been issued by the Ministry of Sports to the Netball Federation for this event. A copy of the order should be provided.6. The Federation of Mixed Netball is registered under the Society Act and is organising competitions at the international level in addition to the Senior, Junior and Sub Junior National Championships. Has the Federation applied for recognition from the Sports Ministry if not, what documents will have to be submitted for recognition?
