The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 23.02.2023 (offline) seeking the following information:

“For the property situated at Khasra no. 183 (Min), Village Shakarpur (school block at present).

A. How much land does khasra no. 183 (min) situated in the revenue state of village shakarpur khas in the Abadi of school block Shahdara and also provide the copy of the same with file noting?

B. Copy of the Shujra or Shujrah maps of the entire village Shakarpur; Khasra no. 183 (Min), which gives each parcel a unique number and also provide the copy of the same with file noting.

C. Whether any award was published in respect to the Khasra no. 183 (Min), Village Shakarpur (school block at present) and also provide the copy of the same with file noting?

D. Whether land bearing khasra no. 183 (min) situated in revenue state of village shakarpur khas in the abadi of school block Shahdara was acquired by DDA? If yes, provide copy of the same with file noting.

E. Whether the land or any part thereof in Khasra No. 183 was acquired by DDA or whether the DDA had taken the possession of the aforesaid land. if yes, provide the details of the same and also provide the current status of the aforesaid land.

F. In whose name Khasra no. 183 (Min), Village Shakarpur (school block at present) was/is registered since 1950 to till date. Provide the chain documents in this regard.
