1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 24.09.2024 (online) seeking the following information: “Please refer to my representation dated 23-7-2024 regarding delay in issue of Pensioners CGHS Card addressed to Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare, sent by email as well as by post. Copy of the representation is enclosed. CIC/CGHSD/A/2025/112334”
