1. The Appellant/Complainant filed an RTI application dated 23.04.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1.1. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 20.05.2024 and the same is reproduced as under :-

“Information has already been provided through different repeated RTIs.

However, a copy of note sheet is also attached herewith. No other information is available with the section in this regard.”

1.2. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Complainant approached the Commission with the instant Complaint dated 20.05.2024 and simultaneously filed a First Appeal on 23.05.2024.

1.3. The FAA vide order dated 28.06.2024 upheld the reply given by the CPIO.

1.4. Aggrieved with the FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 24.07.2024.
