1. The Complainant filed an (online) RTI application dated 17.05.2023 seeking the following information:

3. Being dissatisfied, the complainant failed to file a First Appeal.

4. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied, complainant approached the Commission with the instant Complaint.

5. The following were present:-

Complainant: Absent.

Respondent: Shri Dharam Singh Meena, APIO-cum-APO, attended the hearing through VC.

6. The Complainant did not participate in the hearing.

7. The Respondent submitted that at the relevant time, a suitable reply in terms of the provisions of the RTI Act. He further volunteered to provide the relevant information pertaining to category wise list of selected candidates in order of merit with marks secured in the competitive marks, to the Complainant.

8. A written submission has been received from Shri R.K. Saroya, APIO-cum-

APO, vide letter dated 20.05.2025, stating as under:
