2nd Appeal/Complaint dated : 23.02.2024 Information sought:

1. The Complainant filed an RTI application dated 31.07.2019 (online)

seeking the following information:

“Kindly provide me the following information under RTI Act,2005 in respect of JCIT Range-2, Hazaribagh.

1. Number of RTI Applications transferred u/s 6(3) of the RTI ACT during the month of June,2019.”

2. The CPIO furnished a reply to the complainant on 22.02.2024 stating as under:

“As per the direction of Honble Chief Information Commissioner the reply of the said RTI is being submitted today since the CPIO Cum ITO of the then ward 2(5) Ramgarh was unaware of the filing of the said RTI application in 2019.

1. No RTI application was transferred u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 in the month of June 2019 in respect of Ward 2(5), Ramgarh.”

3. Being dissatisfied, the complainant failed to file a First Appeal. The FAA order is not on record.

4. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied, complainant approached the Commission with the instant Complaint.
