1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 08.08.2023 (offline) seeking the following information:

“(a) Notice/Summon whereby ADSJ called above case record file PRIOR to dismissal of application u/s 216 CrPC, as stated by advocate Rabindra Pandit in statement dated 01.05.2023.

(b) Memo/Letter/Reference whereby above case record file was send to ADSJ Court in-compliance to above notice/summon.

(c) If "reply to above points is NO" I be informed LEGAL VALIDITY of totally false statement on SA by advocate Rabindra Pandit dated 01.05.2023 that application u/s 216 CrPC was dismissed by ADSJ, Chd.;

which is not in-consonance with judicial case record file of above case.

(d) I be informed LEGAL VALIDITY of order dated 01.05.2023, heavily relied upon said totally false statement on oath of advocate Rabindra Pandit by CJM Aman Inder Singh, which is not in-consonance with Legal Evidence of this judicial case record file.

(e) I be informed PROCEDURE of law to stifle and scuttle responsibility accountability and criminal liability for tendering totally false statement by advocate Rabindra Pandit, as done by CJM Aman Inder Singh.

(f) I be informed IMMUNITY IMPUNITY with advocate Rabindra Pandit, due to which CJM Aman Inder Singh is HANDCUFFED, barred Prohibited to take action against him.

(g) I be informed DATE of first application of complainant forwarded by prosecution in above said case (FIR no. 268/Dated 30.11.2014).

(h) I be informed SECTION under which above first application was moved.

2. The CPIO furnished a reply to the Appellant on 04.09.2023 stating as under:
