1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 30.09.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1) “Provide attested copy of the letter number BUPGB/RTI/3335 of C.R.Goklani which was posted on 21/6/2024 at about 03.18 pm from E-Mail ID *****nicr@gmail.com of C.R.Goklani, on E-Mail ID ho@barodauprrb.co.in of Head Office of the Baroda U.P.Bank and was received at Head Office of the Bank. Also provide attested copy of every official noting marked on the letter and the date on which above referred letter was officially entered in the books of Head Office of the Bank. It is assured by CPIO of Head Office Mr Rajnish Kumar Pandey that Head Office of Baroda U.P.Bank keeps proper record of every letter received through Mail ID ho@barodauprrb.co.in
