2nd Appeal/Complaint dated : 29.03.2024 Information sought:

1. The Complainant filed an (online) RTI application dated 25.02.2024 seeking the following information:

“Kindly please to furnish point wise proper reply to Visually Impaired Applicant under RTI Act-2005 by sending its hard copy through Speed Post, by uploading its soft copy through Online and by sending its soft copy through Email to his Email ID rkg.vh2014@gmail.com with all specific required relevant information and duly certified copy (with authentic stamp and current date) of all relevant documents from all concerned offices in response of separately described following Ten points of this Online RTI Application "by clearly writing complete name, designation, Office address and contact details including Email ID and telephone number of concerned CPIO/ACPIO/PIO/APIO and FAA" for timely filing FA & SA in current RTI matter (if necessary):-

1. Kindly furnish certified copy (with authentic stamp with current date) of Preliminary Inquiry Report to applicant regarding wrongly issue him highly controversial Charge Sheet Memorandum No. F.5/14/2017/DOV/13671 Dated 04.08.2017 by Dr. M.M. Kutty (then Chief Secretary Delhi) on totally false matter after destroying relevant CCTV Footages and relevant documents in April 2017 which is also admitted by HOS of his posting school GBSSS New Seemapuri Delhi in its RTI Reply Letter No.

GBSSS/NSP/2018/1556 Dated 31.01.2018 in its Point 8.

2. Kindly furnish necessary information (including complete number, exact date and complete subject line) of such order which is passed by The Chief Secretary Delhi in October 2017 in his matter.

3. Kindly furnish duly certified copy (with authentic stamp with current date) of circular dated 02.1.2018 to applicant regarding amending RRS and publishing in the Delhi Gazette on 15.1.2018 about classifying post of Vice Principal as group A Gazetted and declaring Hon'ble Lt. Governor Delhi as appointing authority.

4. Kindly furnish duly certified copy (with authentic stamp with current date) of Service copy of memorandum dated 25.10.2017 to applicant regarding communicating to him about rejecting his representations allegation of bias against the Inquiring Authority by The Chief Secretary Delhi.
