1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 30.10.2023 seeking information as under:

“इं(cid:720)ीਅूट ऑफ इंजीिनयौरंग एਔ टेনॉलॉजी को िदनांक 13/10/2023 को माह िसत(cid:638)र, 2023 के मेरे (cid:738)यं के (঒ीमती फरहत िस(cid:542)ीकी) वेतन-पআक भेजा गया था. उस पर की गई काय१वाही की सम(cid:721) जानकारी। मेरे (cid:554)ारा भेजे गए वेतन पআक, की गई काय१वाही की सम(cid:721) की स(cid:529)ঋित। “ 1.1. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 16.11.2023 and the same is reproduced as under :-

“Institute of Engineering and Technology िवभाग से ঒ीमती फरहत िस(cid:542)ीकी का माह िसत(cid:638)र, 2023 का वेतन पআक िव.िव. की (cid:830)थापना शाखा म७ भेजा जाता है। वेतन पআक से संबंिधत काय१वाही की जानकारी संबंिधत शाखा से ঋा(cid:593) की जा सकती है।”

1.2. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 26.12.2023. FAA’s order, if any, is not available on record.

1.3. Aggrieved with the Non receipt of the FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 25.04.2024.

2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 31.10.2023 seeking information as under:

“गौर (cid:733)ारक, शनीचरी, सागर म७ िदनांक 01/01/2017 से अঠूबर 2023 तक पद(cid:830)थ सम(cid:721)

कम१चाौरयो ंके मािसक वेतन पআक की ঋमािणत ঋितिलिप ঋ(cid:529)ेक माह की पृथक पृथक।“

2.1. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 21.11.2023 and the same is reproduced as under:-

“गौर (cid:733)ारक, शनीचरी, सागर म७ पद(cid:830)थ कम१चाौरयों के वेतन पআक संबंधी जानकारी वेतन शाखा से ঋा(cid:593) की जा सकती है ।”
