2nd Appeal/Complaint dated : 27.04.2024 Information sought:

1. The Complainant filed an (offline) RTI application dated 23.02.2024 seeking the following information:

“Statement :In personnel hearing held in the chamber of District Collector on 14.02.2024 and I informed that the PIO not furnished information in Physical mode as well as the online RTI account Portal will be erased once not in used in 6 months, I requested FAA-Cum-District Collector to direct all PIO to furnish information in Physical mode even though applied through online, but FAA-Cum-District collector informed that “ ALL replies received by an applicant in the RTI portal from the PIO’s ID are construed to be a reply furnished by the said PIO from his login. Further, the applicant is at liberty to apply physical mode i.e. either post or in person for obtaining the physical copy of reply” vide order No: F.A.No.18/DRDM/RTI-Appeal/2023 dated. 21.02.2024 of FAA-cum-District Collector, consequently I am submitting this RTI request in Physical mode because some of the officials furnished false information which is liable under Section 177 in The Indian Penal Code, 1860: Furnishing false information.—Whoever, being legally bound to furnish information on any subject to any public servant, as such, furnishes, as true, information on the subject which he knows or has reason to believe to be false, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both).

In all Department under DR&DM (taluk office/Registration office etc) back door workers engaged from other department in DRDM and subordinate department by political support and attending work in Taluk office/Registration dept/survey department etc. under the control of DR&DM without obtaining permission from the District Collector/Chief Secretary/DP&AR, in this regard seeking following information, 1(a). Kindly provide the list of all temporary workers (all casual Laborers/daily Rated/project workers/engaged under schemes/contract basis workers/voucher staff working in District collector office and their sub ordinate departments/ persons working from other department under service placement) their names, age, education qualification presently working in DR&DM and their sub departments under control of DR&DM also provide the details of their date of initial engagement, copy of the engagement order in DRDM, Name and designation of the superior official engaged, their attendance copy of the month January 2024 if any, and their tenure period.(provide details of all temporary workers getting wages in DR&DM and their sub ordinate departments(taluk/survey/registration dept. etc) except the details of the temporary workers FTCLR approved by Honorable Lieutenant Governor vide GO Ms No.22,dt 27.2.
