1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 20.08.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1) आवेदक (cid:554)ारा ঒ी के.बी. लाल साहब, आंचिलक ঋबंधक महोदय, आंचिलक काया१लय, उ৪ैन को भेजी गई िशकायत िद. 03.06.2024 पर उनके (cid:554)ारा की गई काय१वाही की िदनांकवार जानकारी । (उঢ िशकायत (cid:729)ीड पो(cid:720) E1540918435IN से िद.

06.06.2024 को ब॰क काया१लय म७ ঋा(cid:593) ॽई है) ।

2) ভा उपरोঢ िब(cid:802)दु क. 1 म७ उ(cid:671)े्खत िशकायत पर उঢ ऑचिलक ঋबंधक महोदय (cid:554)ारा

की गई काय१वाही के अ(cid:566)ग१त् कोई पআािद या कारण बताओ सूचना पআ या ৯ापन (Memo)

अब तक काय१वाही न िकये जाने की दशा म७, काय१वाही न िकये जाने का कारण ।

1.1. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 12.09.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-

िबंदु 1-6: चाही गयी जानकारी ब॰क का अंदॺनी मामला है एवं आंतौरक द(cid:721)ावेज़ है अतः सूचना का अिधकार अिधिनयम की धारा 8 (1) (d) के तहत विज१त ঒ेणी म७ आता है।

अतः हम आपको यह द(cid:721)ावेज़ उपल(cid:617) करवाने म७ असमथ१ है।

1.2. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 16.09.2024 alleging that the information provided was incomplete, false and misleading, which was not adjudicated by the First Appellate Authority.

1.3. Aggrieved with the non-receipt of FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 11.11.2024.

2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 03.06.2024 seeking information on the following points:
