1. The Complainant/Appellant filed an RTI application dated 07.06.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1) िदनांक-21/05/24 के ঋाथ१ना पআ के जाँच की ঋगित ौरपोट१ ভा है। 2) जाँच सिमित म७ स्(cid:643)िलत अिधकाौरयों के नाम व पदनाम बताएं ।

3) ब॰क के िनयमों के अनुसार िकसी पআ की जाँच ौरपोट१ अिधकतम िकतने िदनों के अ(cid:573)र दे

देनी होती है।

4) िदनांक-21/05/2024 के पআ के िब(cid:802)दु 01 के जाँच की जाँच आূा ौरपोट१ उपल(cid:617) कराएं । 5) िदनांक-21/05/2024 के पআ के िब(cid:802)दु 02 के जाँच की जाँच आূा ौरपोट१ उपल(cid:617) कराएं । 6) िदनांक-21/05/2024 के पআ के िब(cid:802)दु 03 के जाँच की जाँच आূा ौरपोट१ उपल(cid:617) कराएं । 7) िदनांक-21/05/2024 के पআ के िब(cid:802)दु 04 के जाँच की जाँच आূा ौरपोट१ उपल(cid:617) कराएं । 8) िदनांक-21/05/2024 के पআ के िब(cid:802)दु 05 के जाँच की जाँच आূा ौरपोट१ उपल(cid:617) कराएं । 9) िदनांक-21/05/2024 के पআ के िब(cid:802)दु 06 के जाँच की जाँच आূा ौरपोट१ उपल(cid:617) कराएं ।

2. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 30.07.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-

1. िब(cid:802)दु संূा 1 के संदभ१ मे आपको अवगत कराना है की िदनांक 21.05.2024 के आपके

ঋाथ१ना पআ के अनुसार काय१वाही चल रही है, िजसकी जांच अभी लंिबत है।

2. िब(cid:802)दु संূा 2-3 के संदभ१ म॰ आपको अवगत कराना है की आपके (cid:554)ारा मांगी गई जानकारी एक पूछताछ है जोिक सूचना के अिधकार अिधिनयम की धारा 2(f) के अंतग१त सूचना की पौरभाषा म७ नहीं आता, अतः जानकारी ঋदान नहीं की जा सकती ।

3. िब(cid:802)दु संূा 4-9, उपरोঢ िब(cid:802)दु 1 के अनुसार ।

3. Dissatisfied with the response received from the CPIO, the Complainant/Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 27.08.2024 alleging that the information provided was incomplete, false and misleading. The FAA vide order dated 27.09.2024 stated that:

अपील िदनांक 27.08.2024, आवेदन िदनांक 07.06.2024 एवं के(cid:574)ीय जनसूचना अिधकारी के उ(cid:517)र पআ िदनांक 30.07.2024 तथा मामले से स(cid:638)ंिधत सम(cid:721) ঋपআों के अवलोकन के उपरा(cid:566) ঋथम अपीलीय अिधकारी क७ঈीय जनसूचना अिधकारी को िनद८िशत करता है िक वह अपीलकता१ के आवेदन िदनांक 07.06.2024 के िब(cid:802)दु संূा 1 एवं 4 से 9 का उिचत िन(cid:721)ारण, इंस आदेश की ঋा्(cid:593) के 15 िदनों के अंदर, सूचना का अिधकार अिधनयम 2005 के ঋावधानों के अनुसार कर७।

4. In compliance of the FAA’s order, the CPIO has provided a reply vide letter dated

22.10.2024 and the same is reproduced as under:-

उपरोঢ के सदभ१ म७ कृपया अपील ऑड१र संূा SBILW/A/P/24/00035 िदनांिकत 27.08.2024 का संदभ१ ঁहण कर७। आपके पআ संূा शू(cid:586) िदनांिकत 07.06.2024 म७ मांगी

गयी वांिछत सूचना के संदभ१ म७ हम७ िन(cid:635)वत यह अवगत कराना है िकः

2. िब(cid:802)दु संূा 1 के संदभ१ मे आपको अवगत कराना है की उঢ जांच हो गई है।

3. िब(cid:802)दु संূा 4-9, के संदभ१ म॰ हमे अवगत कराना है की यह सूचना (cid:681)ावसाियक गोपिनयता, वैशवािसक सूचना, (cid:681)्ঢगत सुर঴ा एवं (cid:681)्ঢगत सूचना से संब्(cid:576)त है, जो की RTI ACT के सेলन 8-1(d), 8-1(e), 8-1(g) एवं 8-1 (j) के अंतग१त देय नहीं है।

5. Aggrieved with the FAA’s order, the Complainant/Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Complaint/SA dated 25.10.2024.

6. The Complainant as well as the respondent remained absent. However, a written submission dated 07.11.2025 of the respondent is reproduced as under:-
