Please provide the details of the date of notification of the "NOTIFICATION/ ADVERTISEMENT of the VACANCY" of the issued CIRCULAR No. File/01/LB/04, Labour Bureau Section, dated 29.11.2023 under the provision of which the recruitment of the Applicant was regretted for switching over to CCS(Pension) Rule, 1972

B. Please provide the details of the NAME of the notified/advertised POST of the "NOTIFICATION/ADVERTISEMENT of the VACANCY" of the issued CIRCULAR No. File/01/LB/04, Labour Bureau Section, dated 29.11.2023 under the provision of which the recruitment of the Applicant was regretted for switching over to CCS(Pension) Rule, 1972

C. Please provide the certified true copy of the "ADVERTISEMENT of the VACANCY notified in Employment News as per the order of DoPT O.M. No. 14024/2/96-Estt(D) dated 18 May 1998, Gov. of India" of the issued CIRCULAR No. File/01/LB/04, Labour Bureau Section, dated 29.11.2023 under the provision of which the recruitment of the Applicant was regretted for switching over to CCS(Pension) Rule, 1972.

D. Please provide the certified true copy of the STATUTORY RULES AND ORDER(SRO)/RECRUITMENT RULE under the provision of which the Applicant was appointed in the Post of SEMI SKILLED WORKMAN on dt. 21/03/2005 in Ordnance Factory, Bhusawal.

E. Please provide the details of the name of the METHOD OF RECRUITMENT of the SRO/Recruitment Rule under the provision of which the Applicant was appointed in the Post of SEMI SKILLED WORKMAN on dt 21/03/2005 in Ordnance Factory, Bhusawal.

1.1. The CPIO replied vide letter dated 07.08.2024 and the same is reproduced as under :-
