1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 31.12.2024 seeking information on the following points:

1. Pl. refer your office L.No.GE/MH-II/NSW/1252 Dated 25.10.2023 A/T The Accounts Officer, O/o Chief Postmaster General, Maharashtra Circle, Mumbai on the subject regarding the counting of broken spells of ad-hoc promotion for increment. Copy of the letter is enclosed for ready reference.

2. In this letter your office has vide entry No.11 in the pay fixation chart informed that "26.5.15 F/N Gr.B pay Rs 22750+5400------Reverted" i.e. I have been reverted on 26.5.2015 forenoon.

3. With reference this entry provide me the Attested Copy of Relieving Charge Report dated 26.5.2015 B/N & Revetion order issued by PMG Aurangabad or C.O.Mumbai in support of your above remark in the chart.

1.1. The CPIO transferred the Application to Sr. Account Officer, O/o PMG, Chh. Sambhajinagar vide letter dated 17.01.2025.

1.2. Dissatisfied with the same, the Appellant filed a First Appeal dated 10.02.2025 expressing dissatisfaction over the transfer of his RTI application and further raised fresh RTI queries seeking information which was not originally sought in the RTI application. The FAA vide order dated 13.03.2025 directed the CPIO (Sr. Account Officer, O/o PMG, Chh. Sambhajinagar) to furnish the available information as per provision under RTI Act, 2005.

1.3. In compliance of the FAA order, the CPIO (Maharashtra Circle, Nagpur) replied vide letter dated 21.03.2025 and the same is reproduced as under: -

2. Information; - Reversion order issued by PMG Aurangabad not available. For providing Photo Copy of C.O Mumbai order it is requested to deposit Rs 8/- (i.e Rs 2/- per page, 4 pages) towards the photocopying charges as per RTI Act 2005.

1.4. Aggrieved with the FAA’s order, the Appellant approached the Commission with the instant Second Appeal dated 07.05.2025.

2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 24.12.2024 seeking information on the following points:

2. SSP Nasik to SSP Aurangabad issued vide R.O. Aurangabad No.AR/Staff I/TFR/A&B/2010 dated 31.01.2012.
