1. The Appellant filed an online RTI application dated 17.10.2024 before the PIO, Ministry of Home Affairs, seeking the following information:

“How many agricultural lands were declared Evacuee property after the year 1949, under Village-Nadaul, Mauza-Nadaul, Anchal Masaurhi, Dist-Patna, State -Bihar. If agricultural lands were declared Evacuee property in the said village and mauza, then to which people and in which years was the auction sale conducted?. Also, If it was declared Evacuee, then on the basis of which notification was the public auction conducted..”
