Information sought and background of the case

The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 08.10.2024 seeking

information on the following points:

“ARMY No 14647763P Main Bhartiya Sena se Apr 2018 me Seva

Nivrutt sainik hoon

Mera Dist Ahmednagar State Maharashtra mein SBI Br code

SBIN0006322 ka (CSP) Customer Service Point hai.

Mujhe kuch janakari di jaye

1. 28 Sep 2024 ko DC CSP visit ke douran Rs 1200/- Ke Save

Company Name printed register csp ko dekar csp se payment liya gaya

uska Receipt diya jaye.

2. 10-02-2024 ko KO Holding se Rs 2000/- jis karan se cut hua tha

bataya jaye.

3. CSP/SUB KO ID Bank se band hoti hai ya phir SAVE Solution

Company se ya jis bhi madhyam se band hoti hai uski jankari di jaye

4. CSP/SUB KO ID deletion se pahale CSP ko info karne ka process

bataya jaye.

5. SUB KO ID 1A74P5521 jab shuru hua aur band hua uski date

bataya jaye aur band karne ka karan bataya jaye.

6. SUB KO ID 1A74P5525 (last letter YES) Shuru karne ki date aur

band karne ki date bataya jaye aur band karne ka karan bataya jaye.

7. CSP District Coordinator CSP ID/SUB KO ID generate karne ke

baad use band karne ka notice time period bataya jaye.

8. SUB KO ID Main KO ke absentees mein non stop transactions aur

usko badhane ke liye hai, agar SUB KO ID Delete kiya jayega to CSP

Transaction increase ka solution bataya jaye.

9. District Coordinator ko SUB KO ID active rakhane ka condition

pata hai to SUB KO ID shuru karne ke liye jo expense hota hai vah

District Coordinator dega, Save solution ya Bank dega iski jankari di

jaye.

10. SAVE BC jismein CSP Commission ka details CSP ko milta hai us

SAVE BC inactive ke karan ki jankari bataya jaye.

11. SAVE BC se CSP ko commission ka details milta tha ab vah

jankari jis madhyam se di ja rahi hai bataya jaye.

12. CSP Portal mein Money transfer aur AEPS (withdrawal) option

baar baar disabled karne se pahale CSP ko info karne ka process

bataya jaye.

13. Business mein invest CSP karta hai to services band karne ke baad

CSP ko diya jane wala loss allowance ke bare mein jankari di jaye.

14. CSP ko DRA Exam dena compulsory hai aur uska incentive CSP

ko diya jayega, FEB 2022 mein DRA Exam Pass kiye CSP ko kab tak

incentive diya jayega uski jankari di jaye.

15. Customer ka Insurance CSP mein karne ke baad agar customer ka

accidental death ke baad bhi claim na milne par aage ki karyavahi ke

bare mein jankari de.

16. CSP mein kiya hua customer ka Insurance claim na milne par CSP

ki hi jawabdehi hogi ya Bank / Corporate BC se bhi CSP ko sahayata

milegi uske bare mein jankari de.

17. Save solution company aur Bank ka CSP ko technical support ke

liye WhatsApp hai jismein CSP se related issue dalne par remove kar

diya jata hai to CSP ko technical support kaise milega uski jankari di

jaye.

18. Ahmednagar Dist mein total active CSP aur unke active SUB KO

ki jankari diye gaye format mein di jaye.
