Information sought:

1. The Appellant filed an RTI application dated 22-11-2024 seeking the

following information:

“Description of Information Sought

1)FCI DO Manmad mein jab se Biometric Attendance shuru hua tab

se jis jis mah ka salary Biometric Attendance se hua hai vah mah aur

saal bataya jaye.

2)Jab Jab Biometric Attendance se salary hua tab DO Manmad mein

bagair Biometric Attendance ke kitne karmachariyon ke salary hua

unki sankhya bataya jaye (yah jankari jab se DO Manmad mein

Biometric Attendance shuru hua tab se di jaye)

3)DO Manmad mein Manager level par Biometric Attendance

Regularize ki sankhya bataya jaye (yah jankari jab se DO Manmad

mein Biometric Attendance shuru hua tab se di jaye)

4)DO Manmad mein Attendance Register aur Salary ke liye di jane

wale Attendance sheet ko jis madhyam se check kiya jata hai vo

bataya jaye.

5)Manager level par Biometric Attendance Regularize karne se

pahle CCTV footage check kiya jata hai ya jis madhyam se employee

ki presents confirm ki jati hai uske bare mein bataye.

6) Manager level par jitne employee aur unke Biometric Attendance

Regularize karne ka maximum limit bataya jaye.

7)DO Manmad mein sirf Biometric Attendance kar ke absent

employee ka details CCTV footage ya jis madhyam se check kiya jata

hai uske bare mein bataye.

8)DO Manmad Mein 11 baje ke baad Biometric Attendance ke jitne

attendance lage hai unki sankhya bataya jaye (yah jankari jab se DO

Manmad mein Biometric Attendance shuru hua tab se di jaye)

9)DO Manmad mein HQ area se jitne KM distance se daily UP-Down

kar sakte hai vo distance bataya jaye.

10)DO Manmad se Tour jane wale ka jo Documents check kiya jata

hai uski list di jaye.

11) DO Manmad se tour jakar ane ke baad employees ka documents

cross check karne ka process bataya jaye. (jaise ticket, Hotel bill,

mobile location iski pushti karne ka process bataya jaye)”
