1. The Appellant filed an RTI application on 15.05.2024 seeking the following

information :

“I, S.K.T. Sherman, a Citizen of India, resident of Flat No. B-54, Sri Ram

C.G.H.S. Ltd., Plot No.32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078 (Original

Member) would like to request the following information under RTI Act

2005.

i) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide

the applicant certified copies of file notings, daily correspondence and

daily progress reports of actions clarifying the kitchen extension and

structural modification committed by the following members of the society

are LEGAL or ILLEGAL as per DDA and LAW governing Delhi residential

buildings under Cooperative Housing Schemes.

progress reports, reports of inspection conducted by the DDA Officials with

respect to Structural Modifications committed by the other members of

the Sri Ram CGHS (Apartments) Ltd., Plot No.32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New

Delhi-110078

iii) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide

applicant certified copies of file notings, daily correspondence, NOTICES

and permission/approval granted by the DDA for the construction of

TEMPLE and SHOP in Sri Ram CGHS (Apartments) Ltd., Plot No.32, Sector-

4, Dwarka, New Delhi- 110078

iv) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide

applicant certified copies of file notings, daily correspondence, complete

text with a complete reference to specific rules applicable to your public

authority as per which DDA the construction of TEMPLE and SHOP in Sri

Ram CGHS (Apartments) Ltd., Plot No.32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-

110078 accounted as LEGAL

v) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide

to applicant certified copies of the Names and Official Designation of

officers who are responsible for the Inspection in the Sri Ram CGHS

(Apartments) Ltd., Plot No.32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078

regarding the structural modification against the approved design in

respect of complaints of the applicant

vi) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide

to applicant certified copies of the Names and Official Designation of the

DDA official to whom the applicant can send his LEGAL Notice u/s 80 of

CPC for initiation of Legal Proceedings with respect to intentional and

purposeful delay against his complaint, allowing illegal ex
