(1) Applicant humbly request from The Registrar General that kindly take legal

action u/s 204 IPC and Sec 12 contempt of court Act, 1971 and in other sections

as soon as on Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ms. Seema Chauhan (J.O.

Code RJ01011) & clerk Mr. Omprakash Kudi. Mr. Omprakash Kudi had been tear

out destroyed most important applications/documents of applicant with court

fees " printed National emblem Ashok Stambh with name स(cid:529)मेव जयते" in ACJM

court no 1, Sikar on dated 05.09.2023 on order of ACJM Ms. Seema Chauhan.

This incident already verified by District & Session Court, Sikar on dated

13.09.2023 in C.C.T.V video recording of ACJM Court no.1 time between 3.20

PM to 3.25 PM on dated 05.09.2023. АCJM Ms. Seema Chauhan & clerk Mr.

Omprakash Kudi was doing change & cut the date on order sheet of case no.

121/2022 since long time.

Details already sent through application on dated 18.09.2023 & 18.11.2023,

Form A on dated 09.01.2024, Form E received on dated 27.01.2024, Form G on

dated 19.02.2024 via registered Indian post.

(II) " िविध शासन या कानुन शासन का अथ१ है िक कानुन सवॳपौर है तथा कानुन सभी लोगो पर

समान ॺप से लागु होता है" So applicant humbly request from The Registrar General

kindly take legal action as soon as on ACJM Ms. Seema Chauhan & clerk Mr.

Omprakash Kudi on above & other legal sections. ACJM Ms. Seema Chauhan &

clerk Mr. Omprakash Kudi unnecessary bother & doing cruelty with applicant

as a conspiracy through CJM court, Sikar, Family Court, Sikar (clerk Bhanwar lal),

ADJ court no.3, Sikar, advocate Kailash Bijarniya, advocate Mukesh Kumawat,

Aarti kumawat, Shubham Kumawat & by Kotwali police, Sikar (by Toofan Sing

SI, Vikrant Sharma SHO, police constable Vaid Prakash, Dilip Kumar, & other

two police constable) & Higher police officer of Sikar. These all fully active for

fully illegal action on applicant & family person of applicant without any offence

by applicant as a conspiracy on false & concocted basis & ready for lodge false

& concocted cases on applicant & his family person without any offence in Sikar

court & Sikar area.

(III) Applicant humbly request from The Registrar General if legal action will be

not taken by the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur on ACJM Ms. Seema Chauhan

& clerk Mr. Omprakash Kudi then kindly provide copy also of the word

mentioned on Form G that Form - E which is mandatory requirement and sine-

qua-non for preferring an appeal.
