1. The Appellant filed an RTI application on 23.06.2024 seeking the following information :

“I, S.K.T. Sherman, a Citizen of India, resident of Flat No. B-54, Sri Ram C.G.H.S. Ltd., Plot No.32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078 (Original Member) would like to request the following information under RTI Act

2005.

Details of payment of filing fees: Online Payment i) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly

provide the applicant the certified copies of all records of the reasons and the complete text with a complete reference to specifie rules applicable to your public authority as per which PIO and FAA both are repeatedly forcing the applicant for Inspection though as per RTI Act there is no section as per which both PIO and FAA can fone the applicant to inspection when he has not asked for inspection with respect to his RTI Application as it is also violation of Section 4 of RTI

Act 2005.

ii) As per Section 2(f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act, 2005, kindly provide the applicant certified copy of pending Ground Rent dues (Details of Principal and Interest) of Sri Ram Cooperative Group

Housing Society, Plot No. 32, Sector- 4, Dwarka, New Delhi- 110078.

iii) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide applicant certified copies of file notings, daily correspondence and daily progress reports/ Show cause notices issued by DDA to the Sri Ram Cooperative Group Housing Society, Plot No. 32, Sector-4,

Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 for recovery of Ground Rent.

iv) Kindly provide to the applicant all the reasons u/s 4(1) (d) read with section 6 of the RTI Act, certified copies of all records of the reasons and the complete text with a complete reference to specific rules applicable to your public authority as per which the delay in the matter of recovery of Ground Rent from Sri Ram Cooperative Group Housing Society, Plot No. 32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi- 110078

has happened.

v) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, if the Ground Rent is already paid by Sri Ram Cooperative Group Housing Society, Plot No. 32, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078, kindly provide applicant certified copy of the certificate of payment issued

by DDA to the concerned society.

vi) As per Section 2 (f) read with section 6 of the RTI Act 2005, kindly provide applicant certified copies of communication received from Sri Ram Cooperative Group Housing Society, Plot No. 32, Sector-4,

Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 with respect to Ground Rent.

vii) kindly provide to the applicant all the reasons u/s 4(1)(d) read with section 6 of the RTI Act, certified copies of all records of the reasons
