o1. The complaint is filed U/s. 17(1)(a)(i) of C.P. Act 1986 by the wife, son and daughter of Late. Sri, N. Devender Rao claiming in total Rs.1,11,40,560/- but restricted the same to Rs.1 crore under different heads as mentioned in Paragraph -21 of the complaint against Opposite UUw.uv"L^

Parties 1 to 14, payable with interest at 12 ^o/o per annum from the date of complaint i.e., 11.06.2015 till realisation. i'.

02. The brief averments of the complaint are that Qpposite party- 2 is the Managing Director and opposite Party-3 is the chief Executive officer of the opposite P
