Ld. Counsel for Defendants no.1 and 3 in attendance submits that physical copy with a pendrive containing the video footage was received at 07:30 pm yesterday at office of Defendant no.3. He further submits that reasonable time be granted for filing the reply to interim injunction application of Digitally signed GURVINDER by GURVINDER plaintiff ; whereas the case in hand is not a fit case for grant of interim injunction without taking reply of defendants.
