3. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 305/2018 dated 08.10.2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS: Khyala including proceedings emanating therefrom.
4. Marriage between Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2 was solemnized on 16.11.2010, according to Hindu rites and ceremonies at Delhi. A daughter is born from the said wedlock on 21.12.2011, who is in CRL.M.C. 935/2024 Page 2 of 7 the custody of Respondent No.2 and will continue to remain with Respondent No.2. On account of disputes and differences arising between Petitioner No. 1 and Respondent No. 2, they have been living separately since May, 2017. Respondent No. 2 made a complaint against the Petitioners, which culminated into registration of the present FIR.
