JUDGEMENT
1. The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Lookout Circular issued against the Petitioner by the Bureau of Immigration at the request of the Punjab National Bank.
2. The facts of the case reveal that that the Petitioner's husband and brothers-in-law were Promotor-Directors of a company, namely, M/s Shri Vishnu Overseas Private Limited, which was involved in the business of processing of basmati and non-basmati rice.
3. It is stated that the company had availed credit facilities to the tune of Rs.115 crore by way of cash credit limit of which Rs.95 crore was from the Punjab National Bank and Rs.20 crore from the UCO Bank and the Page 2 of 18 Petitioner stood as one of the guarantors for the said loan of Rs.115 crore issued to M/s Shri Vishnu Overseas Private Limited.
4. It is stated that the Petitioner has no role in the said business and she is neither the Director nor a shareholder in M/s Shri Vishnu Overseas Private Limited and she only stood as a guarantor to the credit facilities availed by the company.
5. It is stated that in the year 2017, the accounts of the company were declared as NPA by the Punjab National Bank and UCO Bank
