ORDER :

1. This Petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes which have arisen between the parties under the Partnership Deed dated 25.10.2021 to form a partnership firm viz., The Great Escape, Jibhi paradise and run a business of Cafe and stay situated at Jibhi, Himachal Pradesh.

2. Initially the instant petition had been filed by impleading one of the parties. The memo of parties was amended and Respondent No.2 who is the other party has been impleaded in the array of parties. It is stated that disputes concerning the operation and finances of the business have arisen between the parties. It is stated that since disputes have arisen between the parties under the Partnership Deed dated 25.10.2021, the Petitioner vide Notice dated 07.09.2024 invoked arbitration under Section 21 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act.

3. Clause 17 of the Partnership Deed dated 07.09.2024 contains an Arbitration Clause, which reads as under:-

“17. That if any dispute, doubt or difference may arise, either before or after the expiration or determination of this Firm between the Partners relat
