% 11.01.2024 We are informed that despite the order of 08 November 2023 costs have not been deposited till date. In view of the aforesaid we grant the respondent a week’s further time to comply with the aforesaid order failing which this matter shall proceed ex parte and on the state of the record as it exists today.
In case costs are deposited, the respondent shall be permitted to place on the record its written submissions on or before the next date fixed.
We additionally grant the petitioner one week’s time to file revised written submissions along with a compilation of judgements which are proposed to be relied upon. Those submissions shall refer to the pdf page numbers of the digital record of the Court wherever so required.
