% 13.02.2024 1. Mr. Kamal Gupta and Ms. Jyoti Taneja, learned Counsel for the petitioners in these petitions submit that though, on 23 November 2023, these writ petitions were adjourned awaiting the outcome of LPA 751/2022 and LPA 7/2023, in view of certain subsequent developments, it is not necessary to wait for the outcome of said LPAs.

2. As in the interest of propriety, I have called upon them to file an application to the said effect.

Renotify on 1 March 2024. Interim orders to continue till the 3. next date of hearing.
