1. The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (“Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR bearing No. 76/2018 registered at Police Station (PS) Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, Delhi for offences punishable under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC”).

2. Issue notice. Mr. Satish Kumar, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State.

3. All petitioners are present before this Court and have been identified by their counsel Mr. Saurabh Soni and Investigating Officer (IO) SI Vikram Singh from PS Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, Delhi.

4. The brief facts of the present case are that petitioner no. 5 took loan from respondent no. 2 company for an amount of Rs. 4.90 Crore at the rate of interest of 2.551% per month and a loan agreement dated 27.01.2010 was signed by both the parties.
