1. This application has been filed under Order XXXIX Rule 4 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908, seeking permission to take on record call recordings and transcripts of the same of the conversation between the representatives of the plaintiff with the defendant’s distributors and vendors.

2. In view of the facts and circumstances as stated in the said application, it is allowed.

3. The said recordings be taken on record with the transcripts.

1. This application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 seeing appropriate directions allowing the defendant to exhaust its existing stock in their perishable food products.

2. The details of the stocks are provided in the said application.

3. Counsel for plaintiff seeks to file a response before the next date of hearing which he may do so.
