The petitioner is invoking the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, for quashing of the order dated 22.08.2024, passed by respondent no.1/RBI Ombudsman, thereby dismissing the Complaint lodged by the petitioner, bearing Nos. RB-IOS-N202425016009397 and RB-
IOS-N202425016005900.
4. No one is present for respondents despite sending advance notice. The proof of service is already on the record.

In a nutshell, the petitioner, which is a Micro Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME), applied for a fresh project term loan of ₹10 crores, which was apparently sanctioned on 09.04.2024 by respondent no.2/HDFC Bank. However, the copy of the same was not shared and it appears that the petitioner entered into fresh negotiations with the HDFC bank officials, namely, Mr. Ankit Mehra and Mr. Mithileshwar Narayan, and accordingly, the sanctioned letter was amended on 20.04.2024, but it is stated that even the copy of the amended sanctioned letter was not supplied to the peti
