ORDER :
CRL.M.A. 5408/2025 (modification of order dated 25.07.2024)
“In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
B. Pass any other or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice.
“2. Mr. Vikas Pahwa, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits, that vide order dated 21.01.2013 passed in the present proceedings the appellant’s sentence was suspended pending the appeal, subject to the certain conditions, including that the appellant “… … shall not leave the county without prior permission of the Court.”
