% 08.04.2024 CM APPL. 20854/2024 -Addl. doc. (R-1) in LPA 592/2019. 1. This is an application filed by the respondent no.1 seeking to place on record six additional documents.
2. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the appellant accepts notice who fairly submits that without admitting the contents of the application or those of the additional documents, he has no objection to the said documents being taken on record.
3. The application is, accordingly, for the reasons stated therein, allowed by taking the additional documents filed alongwith the application on record.
4. It is, however, made clear that the effect of these documents will be considered at the time of final hearing.
5. As prayed for, it will be open for the appellant to file a similar application for placing additional documents, which application, if filed, will be considered on its own merits.

6. The matters have been listed before this Bench after being released from part-heard by the predecessor Bench.
7. While learned counsel for the respondent submits that he will only take about 15 minutes to make his submissions, learned senior counsel for the appellant submits that the matter is likely to take some time.
