1. The Bail Application under Section 439 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking regular bail.
2. An FIR bearing No. 41/2022 under Sections 409/420/467/468/471/120B of the IPC has been registered at Police Station EOW, on the complaint of the mother against her daughter. The parties have arrived at a settlement dated 12.06.2024 vide which the accused has agreed to refund Rs.2 Crore, to the respondent No. 2/mother. The detailed have been reduced into writing in the Settlement Agreement. The respondent No. 2 endorses the settlement and submits that in view of this settlement, she has no objection if the Regular Bail is granted to the accsued.
3. It is also submitted on behalf of the accused/applicant that she has a 20 year disabled child, who is now in the custody of the mother, who is taking care of the child. The accused was taken in judicial custody on
13.05.2024, after which she was admitted to interim bail for one month. Presently, she is in judicial custody.
