1. Plaintiff shall file legible, fair typed and clearer copies of exempted documents, compliant with practice rules, before the next date of hearing.

2. The applications for exemption is allowed, subject to the plaintiff granting inspection of the documents filed, as and when required to do so, or filing the original documents at the stage of admission/denial.

I.A. 38345/2024 (Under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 for seeking ad interim ex-parte reliefs)

This is an application filed by the plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC seeking ad-interim ex-parte injunction against defendants to immediately take-down alleged defamatory contents mentioned in para no. 5 and 6 of the plaint and to restrain the defendants from publishing similar content until final disposal of the present case.

5. Issue Notice.

6. Learned counsels appearing for defendant nos. 1 to 8 accept notice. Learned counsels for the defendants’ state that they shall file their respective replies within ten (10) days.

7. Learned counsels appearing for defendant nos. 1 to 8 are directed to file their vakalatnama within one week.

8. Upon steps being taken by the plaintiff, issue notice to defendant nos.

9 and 10 through all permissible modes including electronically.

9. Let the notice state that the reply, if any, be filed within one (1) week and Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of one (1) week thereafter.

10. The parties are at liberty to file their written submissions not exceeding three (3) pages along with judgement relied upon within three (3)

days.

12. This is an application filed by the plaintiff under Order XI Rule 1(4)

13. Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that additional documents shall be filed within a period of one (1) week with advance service to counsel for the defendant nos. 1 to 8, who have already entered appearance and to defendant nos. 9 and 10 through speed post.

14. The plaintiff will be at liberty to file afresh English transcripts of the impugned videos prepared by the official translator attached either with the State Government or with the High Court of Telangana.

15. With the aforesaid directions, the application stands disposed of.

I.A. 38346/2024 (permission to file a pen drive containing impugned videos alongwith supporting affidavits)

16. This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to place on record a pen drive containing the impugned videos.

17. The plaintiff is hereby granted permission to file the pen drive within three (3) days with an advance copy to the defendant nos. 1 to 8, who have entered appearance. Defendant nos. 9 and 10 shall be provided the same after they enter appearance.
