The present petitions are filed challenging the order dated 08.09.2022 (hereafter ‘the impugned order’) passed by the learnedAdditional Sessions Judge (ASJ), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in SC No. 497/2010 arising out of FIR No. 413/2014 dated 26.09.2014, registered at Police Station Roop Nagar, for offence under Section 345A (1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’).
4. The learned ASJ, by the impugned order, had discharged the respondent/accused for the offences punishable under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (‘SC/ST Act’).
