Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (‘BNSS’) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside order dated 27.07.2024 passed by learned CJM, Central District, Tis Hazari Court, New Delhi, whereby directions have been issued for release of amount of Rs.59,26,638.88/- from the account of petitioner/accused, Rajesh Sachdeva in HDFC Bank to respondent no. 2/Pooja Jain.
